Homemade Hummus
Everyone needs a basic and delicious hummus recipe in their life. Here you go :)
Recipe:
- 15 oz can of chickpeas
- 1/4 cup chickpea water from the can (before draining the rest)
- 1 garlic clove
- Juice from half a lemon
- 1 heaping tablespoon of tahini
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- about 1/4 cup more of plain water
Directions:
1) Add everything to a food processor and blend. If needed, add more water until desired consistency is reached.
